Dover Freemasons Pharos Lodge 6967 was founded nearly 70 years ago by Staff and ex Pupils from the Dover Grammar School for Boys. As such, our masonic lodge has a strong adherence to the principles and tenets of the craft.
The membership of the Lodge was originally restricted to former pupils or staff of the Dover Grammar for Boys until 1993 when it was decided that in order to safeguard the future of the Lodge membership would be opened to everyone who met the high standards of moral conduct laid down by the Founders.
We are very proud that this site has achieved the United Grand Lodge Website Charter Mark.
